What we'vebuilt.
Not mockups. Not proposals. Software that's live right now, handling real data for real users.

The AI Junioron a Box.
A configured AI workstation that sits on someone's desk and acts as their AI junior. Hardware, engineering, and a recurring relationship — built for mid-market commercial trades and distribution firms.

Built fromradio silence.
Every commercial aircraft broadcasts its position on 1090 MHz. We built a decoder from scratch — in Rust — that turns those raw radio signals into live aircraft on a 3D globe. No borrowed code. Every bit processed from the ground up.
Why this matters
A methodology, not a demo.
The aircraft tracker isn't just a cool demo. It proves a methodology: take raw, complex data — whether it's radio signals, legacy system exports, or messy API feeds — and turn it into something useful. That's what we do for every client.

businesses scored across Western North Carolina.
BluePages
We built a tool that answers one question: can AI find your business? BluePages scores every local business on 13 signals — from llms.txt and schema markup to page speed and mobile responsiveness. If you score low, AI assistants will recommend your competitors instead of you.

Private verticalintel platforms.
We've built and currently operate a private intel + scoring platform for a vertical we can't name publicly. Same engineering pattern as BluePages — ingest pipeline, scoring engine, search interface, conversational query layer — applied to a domain where the data and the buyer both stay private.
The capability is replicable. If your business has a vertical-specific data domain that nobody else has indexed well — government solicitations, regulatory filings, technical inventory, market signals — we can build the same shape for you. Hosted in your environment, accessed by your team, none of the data shared with anyone else.
Other private builds
The pattern repeats.
The intel platform above is one shape we've shipped privately. Other shapes we've built and operated for clients we can't name follow the same pattern: real engineering, real deployment, real users — none of it shareable as a public link, all of it replicable for the right buyer.
Internal BI & operations dashboards
Multi-location franchise BI dashboard
Python pipeline ingests operational data from a multi-unit franchise; Next.js dashboard surfaces revenue, labor, and inventory metrics per location. Built end-to-end for a client. The methodology is reusable — any multi-location operator with reasonable data exports can get the same shape.
Stack: Python ETL · Next.js · Postgres · custom visualization layer
Defense / engineering box deployment
Configured AI workstation, regulated buyer
Configured AI workstation deployment for an engineering-firm buyer with a sensitive data substrate and compliance constraints. Same Box + Intelligence Hub product, vertical role configuration. Engagement under active build.
Stack: configured workstation · local LLM stack · vertical role configurations · on-prem deployment
We can't link these out. We can build the same shape for you and run it inside your environment.

We don't talk about building. We build.
Most of what's on this page is live, open, and handling real traffic. The rest is built and operating privately behind a wall we can't share. Either way — that's the kind of partner you want building your software.
